CHECK-IT-OUT: This article in Time Magazine is eye-popping! We had no idea that the Recovery Act (aka The Stimulus) had a major and strategic plan behind it to transform the economy, not just boost it. All we hear from the Right is that it was wasteful spending that only added to the deficit. You know: the deficit that OBAMA and the DEMS created — that one.
According to the author of this Time Magazine article, Michael Grunwald, the President and Vice President had a dynamic vision for transforming our country and moving us forward, and used this Recovery Act to put the nation well down the path to doing just that. Oh, and by the way, creating jobs along the way.
THIS is impressive and, to tell you the truth, what we all voted for when we voted for Obama and the Dems in 2008.
